The products on this site are published by AppIQ Finance Systems. All purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax and VAT, and your statutory billing rights for the territory you purchase from. Your order confirmation and invoice come from Paddle and carry Paddle's details.
Every product on this site is a digital Excel (.xlsx) workbook or set of workbooks, delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped and no software is installed on your systems.
Each purchase grants a single-organisation licence: unlimited use within the organisation that made the purchase, by any number of its employees, on any number of devices and for any number of entities that organisation controls.
The licence does not permit resale, redistribution, sub-licensing, publication, or use on behalf of any separate organisation — including client organisations of an accounting, bookkeeping or consulting practice — without a separate written agreement. Practices buying to use these systems in client engagements should contact us before purchase.
You may adapt a workbook for your own internal use. Adapted copies remain subject to this licence.
Download links are sent automatically by email to the address used at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. If you have not received your files within 30 minutes, check your spam and quarantine folders, then contact us at info@appiqfinance.com and we will resend them.
These products are delivered for immediate use. By completing checkout you are asking for immediate access to the files, and you accept the consequences this has for withdrawal rights as set out in the Refund Policy.
These systems are tools that support your own financial control processes.
